The above prices and conditions apply only to the use of the current account by individual customers via Internet banking. For instructions given by instruction or personal application, the Individual Customer Price List applies. In addition, a fee of €5.00 per transaction will be charged for commercial transactions.

Step by Step Account Opening
You can make an appointment to open an account at your nearest branch. The addresses and contact details of our branches can be found on our Contact Us page.
A branch officer will be happy to help you complete the application forms.
All you need to open an account is your ID/passport, residence permit and tax number.
After opening your account:

⦁ Obtaining access data, After the formalities are completed, you will receive your account number and a temporary PIN code from us in separate mails.
⦁ Changing the PIN number, you need to change your PIN number when you first log in to your account. Please choose a new and unique PIN with at least 8 and at most 12 digits. After confirming this new PIN with an SMS.TAN, you can access your account online and give instructions for any transaction.
If you want to use an existing account online…
If you have an existing bank account with our bank and want to use this account online, it will be sufficient to send us the "Online Banking User Agreement" (German) provided below as a PDF file.
To open a Marifetli Kredi account, our Corporate and Commercial customers need to contact the relevant branch or send us an e-mail. We will call you back immediately.
Please note: It is not possible to open a Marifetli Account in the name of someone else at Ziraat Bank International AG. You can only open an account for yourself.
