Obligatory testing for persons entering Germany from Risk Areas, High-Incidence Areas or Areas of Variants Virus
Dear Customers,
For persons arriving from above mentioned areas according to the federal government or RKI list, access to our branches and the execution of transactions at the counters are only possible with a negative test certificate that is not older than 48 hours.
If you are coming from such areas outside of Germany, we kindly ask you to bring and present your current Covid test certificate as well as other ordered documents (entry registration etc.) when visiting our branches. If you have no test evidence, you will not be allowed to enter the branch premises.
